The 90-day plan: why restaurants don't need more channels, they need a sequence

Most venues we audit are not under-marketed — they are over-scattered. A bit of boosted content here, a directory listing there, a freelancer on Reels. Effort is everywhere and accountability is nowhere. The first goal of a 90-day plan is to show what is costing bookings right now: visibility, the reservation flow, or the repeat-guest rate.
Sequencing matters more than budget. Fix the leak that bleeds the most revenue first — usually local discovery or a broken booking path — then add paid demand on top of a flow that can actually catch it. Every action in the plan gets an owner and the booking metric it should move.
Reporting closes the loop. A monthly read tied to covers, reservation demand and repeat-guest rate tells you which channel earned its budget. Activity reports tell you who was busy; only one of those pays the rent.
